Are you upset because you wernt invited?
no - if it was organised yesterday, I could've stayed at work another 3 hours, instead of rushing home.
I can live with losing some of the precious time I spend with her (we had planned to try Koru/LF again). Her hanging with other kids is important.
I just think it's rude, that's all...
you have never done anything on the spur of the moment
come back to me when you have kids...
It is manipulative to ask in the presence of two young children, and somewhat puts the other parent on the spot.
Yes it is, so is arranging with the two children and then informing the other parent that it has been organised, and is it OK with you. Leaves you with two options, either be the unpleasant parent for saying no or agree and bugger up any plans you had made.
Damn skippy! All three of them looked so excited...
I won't even go anywhere nearer the possibility that I wasn't the only one bullied into saying yes...
Maybe the other Parent was trying to be kind and give you some time off?
A good theory, except when they are taking the tame babysitter and leaving the other kids that can't legally be left unsupervised.

Spokes - 2 kids (at this age) are much easier to look after than 1! He might be after some time off for himself

kcufmunt couriers leaving things in my mailbox that are supposed to be signed for
Wait a few days and call them and say it's not been delivered. That'll scare them.
When I used to sign for a lot of stuff from couriers I started signing my name in interesting ways. Such as writing "roznuc" on the little screen, or drawing a kcoc and balls. None of them ever noticed, or at least none of them ever said anything....

Make sure you go to the track and trace screen so you can look at your interesting signatures.
