Yeah, was flatlanding the jump before the 4WD one as well.....seems easier to hold together into the next jump than the 4WD one though.
I reckon you're right about softening the first one and pulling the launch of the second.
Hey but all in all, it's a great track and I'm loving it Double Thumbs Up

Bubba scrub!! Double Thumbs Up

I have the same issue, practice might be in order me thinks. I'm Cool

Yeah I heard someone had been messing with that track and it wasn't cool now! I hope it isn't too messed up as that was my (and alot of peoples) favorite bit of track... I certainly hope it wasn't unapproved track work!

Go hit up the new B-line jumps then... If you can flat land crake free jumps then they will not be too hard...

What/where are the B-line jumps? Eh? (my Vic Park knowledge is lacking Blush )
If they're the ones I'm thinking of, they might be a little beyond me Huh
Like I say, just getting back into it......

Doubles are a hell of a mindkcuf for me Huh
Silly though, if you lay a pallet across the gap, then I'll jump it sweet.

Na it's better as a double. When it was a table it got smaller and smaller and it was starting to get big ruts in the centre as people kept rolling it. The double is no harder than the table, its just a mind trick. If you want a small jump, theres the middle be line, 15, the texco table and loads more little things you could learn to jump on. Besides, when the skidder site is re-built there'll be stuff for everyone to play around on.

Yeah, everybody is scared of them but some of
the new B'line jumps have no gaps.

Step downs are good jumps to get over gaps on.

A good learner gap jump is the one above the teeter totter and the ones on Sesame St.

I have jumped a number of doubles when I have come into them right on someone elses wheel. Rode them no problem at all.

However if I had been riding along and come up to them I might have chickened out.

Find someone on a similar sort of bike that is riding the gaps and follow them in to get a good idea of speed needed etc...

Its hardly messing with the track. Cam and a few other was getting ssiped off with the square tihshouse blind corner onto the end of tits so he was up there last week and made a few more corners at the end so it actually flows and you can see people coming both ways. I thought it looked pretty sweet and is a huge improvement on what was there both saftey wise and creates a lot more flow.
