 |
|
I have two pairs of NZO Deanolite shorts. One pair I've had for awhile is (still) OK. The other pair I purchased recently has some stitching coming off the pad within the shorts.
I've worn the shorts once and washed them once. And when hanging them out to dry, I then noticed the stitching was coming off!? I didn't notice this prior to wearing them (mind you I wasn't looking for any problems, I just slipped the shorts on for the first time yesterday).
I understand that there is a 12 month warranty on these shorts. Presumably that warranty will still apply here in my case? I sent an email (4 hours ago) to NZO regarding this issue, but I have not yet received a reply from them.
I've only dealt with NZO on two occasions. So I don't really know much about them and their customer service. Should I just send the shorts in (together with the sales invoice) anyway, and request a replacement pair of shorts? Or should I wait for them to reply?

Wait for them to reply. 4 hours?? Likely they are out riding their bikes and will reply to it tomorrow.
Give them a chance.

4 Hours brispuss?
Come on really! Try a little patience and give them a chance. I suggest you never buy from any of the international online stores if you want a 5 minute turn around.
Maybe try going for a ride to to destress from this situation
Oh and kcuf the roznucs they deserve to be racked over the coals over a small stitching fault on an internet forum
tihs mate chill the kcuf out

You've all missed the point.
It is not about NZO not responding within 4 hours of my email. That comment was secondary.
Let me rephrase. What is NZO like to deal with, particularly in regards to customer service and returns/refunds etc?
NZO's invoice has a return procedure on the reverse side which appears to relate to new and unused items only to be returned within 30 days. However, further down the page there is some option for warranty (which according to NZO website is for 12 months) which seems to contradict the 30 days return statement. This is why I contacted NZO for clarification.

No they are not part of the devil store (although you often see clearanace stuff on there)
I've found there customer service good with prompt delivery.
galsging off a company when you have only given them 4hrs to solve what is a minor problem is poor form. Its exactly the kind of thing I would expect from a whinger like Brispuss.

I would have thought this was pretty obvious.
The 30 days relates to unused gear... ie wrong size, colour, doesn't fit the way you thought it would.
The 12 month warranty applies to defective gear/quality issues... like yours.

This was just a enquiry regarding NZO's customer service.
Your response is typical what I expected from a village idiot. You mis-read the post (intentionally?) just to suit your own f*****g poor ass bs agenda!

Obvious, innit brispuss? Perhaps you could change your thread title to something a little less aggressive...?
