{Posted via mobile.vorb.org.nz} Don't worry Pete - I'm driving in from the Hutt. About as far out of town as it gets, I look forward to them trying to stop us setting up our site Satan
Thinks Celia's plans may be a little more elaborate than ours...

ALL teams to be set up on site by 8.30am

So that means I just have to be finished by 8:30am

Wild Wellington wrote:
Vehicle traffic MUST all be off the course/ Race Village siteby 9am. Vehicle access in and out of Hataitai Park will be closed off for the duration of the event (because the access road is part of the course)

So we can take the cars on as long as they are off by 9am.

On a fun note, what are everyone's team names, I need to know who I am cheering for.

We are going to setup in the morning to Wink slip, slop, slap on some Lycra and jump on a bike

Nice name and wicked if you get the banners.
I ended up in a team called 'Searletech Mobile' and I'm in the ' Searletech Mobile 6hr' team. I'm the team mascot.

Course Maps NOW on the web site... WCC have been doing lots of work on the tracks up Mt Victoria (of which ONLY a couple were specifically done for the event), and the course is looking great. The course will be marked and open for pre race ride from 8.30am on the day.

Looks the same as last year's? Eh?

They have taken out the downhill corner by the swing in the northwest corner of the map. Might have been because of the wheel sized ditch at the bottom. Satan That corner provided so much entertainment.
