Eh that was fun Smile
Thanks to those who laboured to make it happen!

Rather amazing to look at all the clippings and photos to see how far things have come- the Karori Stream was just a windswept swamp, the flora was being decimated by goats and possums, and there were no mountain bike trails!

In another 10 years I doubt we will see another 20-30 kms of trails, but I am sure the regeneration of native bush will be even more obvious, and Makara Peak will be even more famous as a very special place, right next to Welly town!!
