Thanks everyone!  Yeah I'm pretty dam stoked, as you can imagine! The V10 only arrived on thursday, parts for it arrived yesterday, so today was its first proper ride! I'm at the Hawkes Bay downhill race, at Eskdale.
It's crazy going from being a total n00b a year ago to riding around on this AWESOME bike today! It certainly gets noticed  Which is not always convenient - I'm not always riding in well enough to do this bike justice! I'm working on that though, and as soon as I got a harder spring in the rear shock, I rode it off the big step-down in the Eskdale track. It loved it Still getting used to how it pops off jumps, though, and that possibly would be better to practice on some familiar jumps, I had a pretty gnarly crash today! Other than that it feels amazing. Awesome awsome bike!

I've had those glasses and the socks for ages. This just made Santa Cruz anad I a natural partnership. Gotta colour co-ordinate!
