Calendar Event: December 5, 2008 - December 7, 2008  

MTBNZ invites expressions of interest from junior athletes with high performance MTB aspirations, in attending MTBNZ Development Camps the first weekend of December. 
 
(Original scheduling of this camp was Nov 22/23, right in the middle of senior exams)
 
Dec 5/6 - Nelson DH. Workshop presentations Friday 5th, followed by Top of the South DH Series event on Saturday 6th.
 
Dec 6/7 - Hanmer XC. Workshop presentations Saturday 6th followed by Hanmer Hammerhead event on Sunday 7th.
 
Dec 6/7 - Rotorua XC and DH. Workshop presentations Saturday 6th followed by Mid NI XC event (Rotorua), or NI DH Series event (Auckland) on Sunday 7th.
 
Workshop presentations delivered by MTB leaders, and participation in the four events carried out under the mentoring of Elite, world class athletes.

sounds like an excellent idea, especially for our main event the hanmer hammerhead.if the organisers need anything in hanmer don't hesitate to ask the mountain bike club.
