hey guys, im trying to build up a 2005 iron horse yakuza and im having abit of troublew with my rear wheel, i have a 150mm ringle hub and im trying to put it on my axle, it all rolls on fine and stuff, but i have two problems.

1) when the wheel is on, there is a huge gap of about 20-30 mils, it floats around and doesnt seem to come tight, i tried tighteneing the tihs out of the frame but thats not it either... i dunno?

2) when the wheel is on, it is on crooked, i measured how much it is out by and at 26 inches out from the hub, the rim is around 25 mm on the left side and around 50 on the other , it just doesnt seem to fit.

any ideas or know abouts, please let me know, its so weird.
cheers..stan!!
