If I bought this bike it would tip me over the edge that my bikes are worth more money than my remote controlled car Blush

Stolen, or it's a scam. Thats a nice bike, but looks like an older frame... I wouldn't have thought that there'd be many older Condor frames in NZ.

Assuming that it is actually an old frame.

I think it's a mid 90s Condor - it has a Wound Up fork and a 1" steerer and CK headset and what looks like DA 7700.

You're right, they aren't common but that doesn't mean there couldn't be one here.

Looks dodgy though - a real bikie would never post pics of a cool old rig like that with the drivetrain pointing away from the camera...

You never know, there are plenty of folk with flash expensive bikes that know bugger all about the machine itself, or how to ride them for that matter.

It's quite possible that a landlord or an exgirlfriend or someone is selling things that were left behind by the previous tenants/boyfriend. The people bidding don't seem too worried :P

They should be. It's a criminal offence to purchase stolen goods.

Also,

no buyers of stolen bikes = no stolen bikes*

*ok, over simplified, but there is a minute fraction of bona fida thieves versus people apparently willing to purchase stolen goods.

I am dubious. as stated, bikies dont lack details, also the user is new. ask what size it is or what its made of, id say the response would tell a story. people will always take a sweet deal, us good folk wouldn't but plenty would, the wheels give it away for me

A bunch of unanswered questions, a new trader, and what seems to be a poor picture of what looks like a pricey bike.......ssiped of partner, or stolen....

I have reported it to trade me recommending it be investigated. Hmmmm
