dam. theyr stucturally fine but I need to get them repainted... but have no idea how to get the lowers off to do it

No the lowers arnt bent, I race my bike, so its due to alot of use WHILE racing!

I concur with this. Does the guy that looked at your forks know what hes doing? |
The guy who serviced these fors was the team at Blueshark.
I am a bike mechanic so i know when parts need replacing or not also!
