Im not quite sure how hes planning on putting a 5000 seat chappel, a marae, a school system and housing 7000 people on 8 hectares. Especially for 2.4 mil. Divine intervention?

"Donations" I beleive to be the description of his "fundrasing" techniques (ie families giving up 10 - 20% of their income to the church) and people selling their houses and giving the money to the church

Here's what'll happen - living next to a cult will destroy whats left of the neighbouring lands value, so they'll be able to buy up more space and fit in all of their wacky, wacky stuff.
The 2.4m they've collected sounds like it's just a start.... 
I'm hoping the cops (and hopefully SAS) go Waco on their asses.
