I was helping to run the event and went to help. Als handlebar was completely locked in the back wheel of joes bike, the only way I could get it apart was to slightly shift the spoke to the side to get the handlebar free of Joes back wheel. It was amazingly stuck in there, I cant believe Al does not have the sore elbow with his handlebars in Joes back wheel. Amazing, hope everyone makes up looked like a bit of a freak accident more than anything.

No tihs that Big ben can sprint and has the big sprinting legs to prove it, the last sprint came from the start of the big straight at the other end of the course miles away from the finish as it was a tailwind and whatever place you turned the last corner in was going to be your place. To be fair Terry was strong in the race and had the energy for a few attacks unlike the rest of us just strugling to hang on hes a good crit rider.

Sure I will witness the fitness at track on Sunday. Going to take a few more pie free days before I rock up to B grade.

For the time being I think he is the best B grader there. Up to the others to beat him.

A's was hard out! Only three to finish was Mike Vink, Marc Ryan and Hash. Was dropped on the thrid lap. Managed to lap it out with Alan W until the final 5 mins when we we're lapped! Ouch! Need to get more K's in. 300 a week isn't doing it at the moment to stay with those fellas. Great training through! Definitly will be back in two weeks. Great to do a proper crit again.

With no bunch to hide in it's pretty clear who's hot and who's not...and Dan was pulling one or two gears higher than I was!

250 a week isn't really doing it for this punter either...time I got a coach and start this training thing Hmmmm
