Competition

Competition is a rivalry between individuals, groups, nations, or animals, for territory or resources. It arises whenever two or more parties strive for a goal which cannot be shared. Competition occurs naturally between living organisms which co-exist in the same environment. For example, animals compete over water supplies, food, and mates. In addition, humans compete for attention, wealth, prestige, and fame. Businesses are often associated with competition as most companys compete over the same group of customers.

What's the sports psychology behind this? What do I need to do to break the cycle (no pun intended!) ?

Probably (first and last time Oooooooh ) have to agree with Seven Crazy here.

Al you may need to talk through this with a counsellor, do confession with a priest (if catholic) or do one of those face-to-face perp-victim things we do in NZ now, if you are to recover your mojo.

Mine is back too!!! I put it down to the humid weather last week and having a parc week at work. I mentioned this in another thread somewhere but my 6 year old daughter who rides a really small bike, clocked up 10km in one ride over the weekend up in Waikanae. if anything can inspire you it is seeing the determination of such a small child to complete such a long ride!!!

MOJO restored!!!
