Was brought brand new mid way through 05, has only had a few days riding since about october 06,(99% of the parts have been changed since the original purchase). Will fit a brand new Howitzer Team bb as the one now has some known problems, also it will come with a black spring not the red one pictured. Rear shock sounds a little sloppy, will need a service in the future, but its perfectly fine to ride as is. Der hanger is bent, dosnt make the gears skip though
I bought this bike last summer and used it for downhill in New Plymouth for a month or so and then for a few rides on CHCH tracks until I broke my arm in March (A week in hospital, an operation and a big hunk of metal in my arm etc). I have only done very minor riding since then and have found myself with very little time because it is my last year of uni...
So this bike is now on the market.
The X0 shifter is not working very well - shifts only through 4 gears and doesn't spring back... but could easily (cheaply) be replaced with an X5 or X7 shifter or you could do what I do and not change gears very much... IT IS DEFINATELY THE SHIFTER THAT IS BUNG AND NOT THE DERAILLEUR.
I have tried listing this on trademe for $1500 but did not sell so I am up for offers on this...
