This is just a wild thought, but aren't seat tubes supposed to be round?

I get what kona dong is saying, the seat tube seems to look alot bigger than the other tubes, id also revise that aswell onree. If the seat tube O.D is roughly 2.7mm, the other tubes look around 2.2mm, and the chainstays look around 1.5mm! revise that aswell. revise revise revise.

2.7mm and 2.2mm when comparing a rendered model is random dude, there is no way anyone can spot .5mm difference lol. Onree, seat post tube I.D's for a BMX frames are generally 25.4mm - 25.6mm with a Tube O.D 28.6mm.

I didn't actualy realise that heat treating chromoly was common practice ... I'm not going to heat treat my first frame anyway but ill look into it for later on. Practicaly I think il have to accept that my first few frames will have more pressing problems than not being heat treated

Apparently when 4130 is TIG welded for aircraft construction it is not heat treated afterwards so ill think il give it a miss for the time being
