If you can feel it at all with your finger, it will wear the seals faster, but nothing to worry about unless its a fairly big scratch. I have ones like that on my 888s. They are still mint forks though, i have ridden this pair and i give them top marks, theyr very nice.

Sat 25/Oct/08 7:50am		 cheers jacob , yeah , theyre super SUPER plush atm , theyre coil one side thou, you just pump air equally into the two chambers (the red caps) and they get harder they have compression and rebound adjust on the bottom, (red and black knobs)

just gave them a super massive clean and have been put back on bike, bike is not being used atm , flat tyre getting done munday
