Just got a full-sus and it won't fit on my EziGrip. Has anyone used an EziGrip Bike Buddy? Are they simple to use and do they hold the bike securely?

i saw the bike buddy (or at least a cheap knock off)at kmart. not sure how sturdy it is compared to the more expensive ones.
i'd be worried about the scratching of the paint.

Thats what you get if you shop at k-mart. The real ones are strong, I carried my D8 for years on one. It also doesnt touch the paint work.

It's an 08 Marin Rift Zone and the traingle is reasonably small. I can just about squeeze it on if I tilt it and give it a bit of a push but it's already taken a bit of paint off doing it that way. The clamps are already on an angle from my old hardtail.

Cheers,
J.

I used one on a Giant VT for a couple of years. No problems.
