It's all dairy! |
Dairy sheeps too?
Favourite cheese is the sheeps milk blue Whitestone used to make. They've stopped now according to the chick at the shop cos they can't get the regular supply

Cos I'm lazy:
| wikipedia wrote: | | A dairy is a facility for the extraction and processing of animal milk—mostly from goats or cows, but also from buffalo, sheep, horses or camels —for human consumption. Typically it is a farm (dairy farm) or section of a farm that is concerned with the production of milk, butter and cheese. |

There are many fine cheeses. Many, many fine cheeses. I am partial to most cheese actually.
But, I think my favourite must be brie. Unintimidating, versatile, complex and reasonably priced.

If you're in Christchurch and love a great cheese, visit the awesome shop on Salisbury Street - try before you buy, yum!
