people that hate either or are stupid. I skate, long board, BMX and mountain bike. I can get along fine in a park because I stay out of the way of skaters when riding and vice versa when skating and I have no problems.

As mentioned by another poster in this thread, its usually the dumb ass groms that hctib about skaters, whilist sitting in a stupid spot or hogging one line.

People that have a problem with either should grow up or go else where.

Likewise with you skaters, you're always sitting right in the line where we get speed to do stuff. The majority of skaters I've come across at Chaffers have been and are great people. I've only ever encountered some hostility once or twice, and of course, there'll always be aggravation on both sides, but that happens in any situation. All bar pram skatepark, where a fight seems to break out between Mxers and Skaters nearly every time I go there. We live in a world of hate though, so it can be expected (although it only seems to come from the Blip-blip generation). What is so inherently wrong with roller blades?

Excessive amounts of wax on rails/curbs that are slippery enough already. And boot grabs, or what ever they call them.

The only thing that annoys me about skating is the fact that there are always skateboards flying around the place... It's only a minor annoyance, I have no problems with skaters, I only have problems with skaters that are draters also. The same can be said about any group though, BMXers, MTBers etc.
