THEY'Z REBELZ! THEY'Z DONT TAKE NO SH!T FR0M NO ONE. They all have "big" balls but their squeeky whiney voices would suggest otherwise.

The rules are ok as I wear body armor anyway. The only one i don't like is the no knee pads/ have to be knee shin

yep i dont like the "must wear arm guards with short sleeve", the "only hard shell pads" and the "no knees with shorts, must be knee and shin" Means either i have to spend up on arm guards that i hate and wont wear unless forced and either my TLD shorts become useless or i have to buy knee& shin protection that i will only wear for nationals.

Just wear shorts for the rest of the year and for the nationals wear your monster energy pants with t-bones under them

pants get real smelly if ya wear them every day. Id like to keep shorts for practice and whatnot when doing constant runs in 30 deg heat.

Give them a wash? The rule may only apply for race runs? As there is not generally a race official at the start line for practise runs? shorts for practise and pants for race? Or just buy another pair of pants/ some cheap hardshell skin/knee for wearing shorts.
Me thinks that pants wont be as hot as full length knee/shin guards
You could always just war trackies? or cut some old pants to 3/4s? that woild still be suitable I guess. Covering knees etc?
