Tried em in the Avids on my Yeti as I have Vesrahs in both my Motos, much more better than the noisy stock jobbies :thumbsup ...

I guesstimate about 600km of riding on those pads, admittedly, there are 17 laps of the mud fest that was moonride 08 involved, and the 20km bike leg in yesterdays race must have been the last straw.

The pad wear just seemed fast since i got nearly a year out of the stock avids ( albeit without the improvement the vesrahs )

Moonride this year was a brake pad killer, and wet riding iin Vegas seems to also be a pad killer, I went through a set of semi metalic pads (not vesrah) in my XTR brakes at moonride (24solo) , so to get more than moonirde out of them can't have been too bad

IVe been running a sety of these pads in my front saint brake for the past month or so; have had no troubles at all with them, and the increase in power is brilliant. Ive heard of other people having issues with them but form personal experience Id reccomend them to anyone Double Thumbs Up

Well one week of use and they are noticibly more powerfull than the stock shimano pads that I'm using on my Fxr.
They work well, and they will only "honk" if you submerge them in mud like I did last night.
They were quiet again a minute later.

from whats been said regarding wear rates, I'm going to go with being happy with my vesrahs, the power was superb and after talking with a few other folk who went moonriding, many folks completely destroyed a set of pads in that weekend alone.

I'll be ordering more for sure ( soon as the bank account refills a little bit Wink )

Yippy I'm getting some of these majical pads this week Double Thumbs Up

The mud certainly does kill all brake pads, I lost what remained of my stock avids (probably 15 to 25% ) on a 1 hour ride in rotorua. Sad

For those of you who are in the Tron, R'n'R sport hold them in stock Double Thumbs Up
