Well not beating yourself up about if you do have a biscuit or two is a good thing Double Thumbs Up
but if you're finding that you are snacking at specific times like after a ride, plan for that bout of hunger and bring something more appropriate to eat instead of defaulting to the biscuits?

Food diary AngryClive Smile Write down everything you eat. It's simple accountability.

Even better, write it all down, email it to me on a weekly basis and I'll let Slackboy come up with your punishment on a scale of 1-10 depending how bad you've been Smile

I am unable to resist, how do others resist such sweet delights?.. I could end up eating a dozen biscuits a day if im not carefull.

Dont say will power, cos I dont have any.

I work for a trianing company, so we've got choccie biscuits, other biscuits, lollies etc.

I basically just say no now. It's frikkin hard, and as Tama said on the first page, you have just one, and it's all downhill!!

I switched out the sweet treats in the house for dried fruit. Every time I feel like something sweet, I can have a piece of dried fruit. Once you have eaten too much dried fruit in a session, your sweet tooth is regulated.
That or you get the runny poo's
