The browser wars are back again! I'm currently a Firefox junkie but user Opera, Safari and Internet Explorer for testing. But now I've just downloaded the new "Google Chrome" browser and will let you know how it goes.

Will it work on your iphone?
Don't be silly - then it would be called "iBrowser" have a 250meg download and would try and install iTunes, iQuicktime, and iDirectTransferOutOfYourBankAccount at the same time.

If it's any consolation I think Google aren't planning to just dominate the internet

At the moment I use IE (since firefox V3 always crashes and tihs), unless I'm doing something where I need firebug. I'll try out this new fandangled chrome at home, and if it doesn't do it for me and I can be bothered I might go back to firefox 2.

google = the new microsoft?
They have been for a long time, but for some reason people still like them, luckily their engineers keep putting out things they think are cool rather than practical so it keeps a friendly face on things

I imagine it will be very friendly on DHTML and not friendly with page/ location manipulation. The later being common Spamz0r/Scamz0r practises.

Well.. first impressions, gay that you have to set it to go to your home page in options and mega gay that the 'home' button is not shown by default, other than that I kinda like it
