Maybe the Ferrari engine gives them a few more options when it comes to mapping or something? Maybe being ex-Minardi they just have better coffee?

Flav having a moan because his team haven't managed to find the gains from their engine that others have.

The decisionby stwards to not consider the unsafe release of Massa until after the GP had finished smacks of favouring Ferrari.
The decision to impose only a (relatively minor fine) sets a precedent for drivers/teams to act dangerously as long as they don't gain an advantage. Except the one rule for Ferrari ethos probably over rides precedents just as it over rides the need for stewards to act consistently (they had given Chandhok a drive through penalty for a similar incident in the previous days GP2 race).
The penalty imposed was similar to that given Lewis Hamilton for arriving 90 seconds late to a press conference.

*edit
Torro Rosso versus red bull and Renault supposedly being way down on power with the same cars...
Er not so, they were running different setups and even different wings at Valencia.
To have an 0.4 second gap entirely caused by the engine would indicate that Renault have been remarkably dumb, all of a sudden.
Selective use of facts I reckon.. a bit like Alonso cheekily omitting to mention his big error in practice.. where he should have been 7th on segment times without his over the kurb silliness.
A shame about Phil Hill passing away, he was a gentleman

Sooo - can Kimi begin his redemption ?, will Lewis be able to bring the fight to him ?, if it rains will Fellipe be a total tool again ??. So many questions, answers from the forests of the Ardenne by 2am monday.

Massa is going to make the start interesting. The 2 form drivers at the mo on the front row. Whats the odds on them taking each other out at Turn 1?

Yeah Massa has made some blinding starts recently so could well be on to get ahead into turn 1. I think Lewis is in 'think of the long game' mode so shouldn't get sucked into banging wheels or barge boards at the start, but then again he has huge belief that he will lead as of right. Top 4 very close after qual, so realistically all well in with a chance. Alonso and Webber kinda put the lie to suggestions that Renault engine has fallen behind ?, but also underlining their speed compared with respective teammates. And my old favourite Nick H going great guns ahead of lightning Kubica ....

position 8,9,10 are heavy on fuel.
Plenty of arrogance on the front of the grid to ensure an interesting start.
Kimi has had sooo many 'fastest lap of the race' this year, it is nice to see he is close enough to the front that it might actually come into play for points.

Oooo - a bit sensitive are we, now that the polish wonder boy has gone off the pace lol
It's no more excuses time for Kimi - even if he's 4th after first corner lets see some mega overtaking, not a tame run into 4th with fastest lap 2 from the end just to 'make the point'. He has everything to gain from being ahead of Massa at the very least - if I was him I wouldn't want to be playing second fiddle to Felippe for the rest of the year !

What was up with the commentaters making it genuinely sound like it was some sort of miracle Hamilton got on pole. Was his team mate genuinely looking faster?

Formula One is so painful now, I can't believe I watched it for nearly a decade.
In fact qualifying is the most exiting part of the whole event. I'm glad they're showing it this year.
