I have a fantastic cannondale Gemini, set up for dh. 2002 model. Well, I had a fantastic bike. Yesterday i snapped the swing arm on my full suss rear forks. Unbelievable...

If theres anybody out there who might have this part just lying around (unlikely I know, but...) please let me know. I will pay cash.

Alternatively, any other decent dh frames I would consider. all my other components are excellent.

Of course the other alternative is to sell the bike for parts. If theres anybody out there looking for a project, let me know and I will give more details about what I have.

cheers

the frame is a medium. I will attach a photo now of my bike. Note the broken frame.. (hanging down on right. photo taken upside down)

Have you spoken to your LBS? They should be able to try and get one off cannondale.

If not may be repairable by the right person.

I will find a cannondale dealer and check. My concern is that the frame is getting a bit old for new replacement parts, and they will probably be expensive. Am hoping theres somebody out there with what i need just 'lying around'

the funny thing is ive got the same frame only my head tube ripped off. im kinda holding out for large front triangle to turn it into a xc rig at this stage.

so i take it your swing arm is a large also, and we cant find a union here? I assume the swing arm dimensions change with the triangle size, and it wouldnt match my medium triangle. (??)
