We have need for a Senior and/or an Assistant Project Manager for a Land Development company.
It'd be very helpful if you knew something about one or all of the following:
Resource management planning
Surveying
Structural Engineering
Civil Engineering
NZS3910:2003
It would also be helpful if you have either had Project Management experience, or are currently working in that type of role.

Oh yeah I meant to say that the Assistant role is in Christchurch, and the Senior role could be in Auckland, Nelson, Christchurch, Timaru or Greymouth.

Or could be available in Wellington 
Though I do know of a structural engineer with PM experience, who might like the challenge
Though likely he would want a Wgtn location as well. . .

No, you could not temp me with a wad of cash, I have a lfe I quite like living, and increased wealth would not increase my happiness one jot 
My friend on the other hand
I see him tuesday, and I know he is unhappy where he is - I shall see if he can be tempted (and yes, he rides bikes )

Apologies, it was innapropriate of me to comment on such things - especially when I named the company 
As he is not a vorber I didnt think twice, unfortunalty this has just reminded me that vorb really is a public forum, and others besides those that the comments were directed to could read them.
His unhappiness is not based upon any action or inaction of his employer.

All good thorg, I also work for <nice edit above  > as well, but have no idea who you're talking about anyway - nor am I in a position for it to be of any concern to me (completely different divisions).
Hmmm, guess I've effectively name the company as well.... (to those who know me)
