dont post tihs unless u know if its true^ that is complete bulltihs, its only ever been cracked once anear the left dropout, it is now re-welded. |

the comment is actually completely correct sorry to cut your lunch. but has been fixed to a standard which would be better than brand new by air New Zealand welders. and is in fact a very very solid bike. anyone that is actually considering buying this bike should not be scared off it is a great bike i have ridden this bike on many occasions and have been very impressed with it ................... hope the sale goes well and for the money you want its a steal.especially for something of this pedergree better than most of the bikes coming out these days |

heres a good idea
keep the bike
get flat crowns for your 888s, low rise wide bars, run it on the low bb setting, and put a cooler seat on it, then it'll look sick and ride a whole lot better with the lower bars and steeper head angle. shouldnt cost more than $250 to get it going awesome |

some guy told me the other day to run it on the high bb setting, because it steepens the head angle, and im kinda broke atm cos i just brought some saint cranks,
anybody know where i can get a flat crown from??

that guy probably hasnt owned a balfa, dont run it high, makes them handle parc and it'l feel like a huck bike, they ride awesome if you run them on low and run your forks as low as they can go (get a ruler and measure 205mm between the crowns and the seals). drop crowns are the way to go, i'll be selling a set for around $120 if i decide not to fix my 888s |
