This thread might be the best place for this.
Leonard Zinn endorsing Oli's technique for replacing jockey wheels. Zinn, being pretty well universally respected as frame builder, mechanic and velo technofile isn't known for publishing feedback he doesn't concur with.
Is this your first Zinn citation Oli?
