Practically new frame with mint gear hanging off it, i.e. ready to ride, for the price of a brand new frame that'll take a year to get to you! Madness.

$6300 complete
$6000 for bike without forks

I want to get rid of it sometime soon as I need a cross-country bike.

2008 Lahar Ruapehu DHV M9 frame
DHX 5
Rohloff Speedhub gearbox in frame - 14 gears
Mavic rims with Minion front and new Highroller rear
Custom Lahar hubs, rear with carbon barrel = bling.
Saint brakes with Goodridge hoses
Saint cranks
Answer ProTaper bars with ODI lock ons
Atomlab Aircorp stem
Raceface Evolve post
Fizik seat
Marzocchi Shivers
Kona Wah Wahs = new

Frame, shock, wheels(except rear rim), brakes, cranks, post all only 4 months old

Rest of gear is solid kit, few scratches on the forks, run sweet though.

Waiting list was over a year when I got it, jump the queue! (And it's already built up)

Bullet proof penguin ur a kcid those chainstays will always be in tension (ie pulling) so they dont need to be thick.. if you look close they are wide tho which makes the esra end laterally stiffer.

yes i know but being so low would make them an easy target for rocks - and carbon doesnt like hard impacts
would you still get the warrenty with it being secondhand/ if so then it might be ok

quite often - 3 disc rotors and 1 set of cranks destroyed by signals rock garden - im not saying the frames are not sick - i know they are all im saying is the chain stays look far to low in my opinion

wich is also hindering his sale
if you gota problem with the chainstays, let the guy who builds them know.
if you can get hold of him {Tongue it}

Look, I've never hit anything with the chainstays. As has been rightly pointed out they are thin so they can flex vertically, in fact they are slightly flexed all the time to give an extremely smooth and supple first part of the travel. They are wide so they don't flex laterally for all intents and purposes.
This bike has cleaned the Signal rock garden a few times and it hauls through there.

Perhaps you need to work on your lines, or reduce your sag

Well when you build a World Championship winning bike you can thicken the chainstays.

Stop spamming the sale. If we could afford them, it's what everyone would have.

Change gears with gripshift-style Rohloff shifter.
Crank it like a moto for higher gears.Handy being able to shift through the whole range with one flick if needed
