 |
|
Hi there,
Hey, where can I access Training Tips?
I want to target ‘The Molesworth Muster’ & ‘Rainbow Rage’ based on (1.) four to five rides per week (2.) say ten week training schedule, variable on that.
At 48, I have no background in Mountain Biking but I have done a couple of Ironman Tri’s about ten years ago, so I’m grounded in how periodisation etc works.
Can someone either assist or direct me to a site which gives me broad info on things like:
-Incorporating road work
-Hill rides (within your schedule)
-Speed Work
-Juicy training tips, that worked for you
Your gossip for this newbe appreciated.
Cheers folks.
Paul

I've used this the last 2 years for Rainbow. If you follow it you should easily go under 6hrs conditions depending of course. So no promises.

Try http://www.irule.co.nz/home. They have some great articles and training advice, as well as the best Kiwi made clothing, imho.
