dig a trench horizontal at the base of landing before the next takeoff about 10cm in width then put wood over the top with hole drilled in it and a run of drain into a hole

yeah i reckon the trench idea is good one but you could put holes to the side between the jumps and curve the bit between the jumps the same way the roads are done

ye i use wood at da jumps i build but make sure the trench across da jumps is deep and on an angle into a hole u got the clay from for da jumps or something along those lines so da water dosent run off somehwere u dont want it

it also helps if its near a stream or river so it runs of into thatr and u have a supply of water if jumps are to dry in sumer

generally dig trenches along side the jumps leading away from the jumps or to soak holes between each jump. Don't build any water course over across or near where your tyres go.
No shingle or boards. Just dig the trenches lower than the takeoffs so that puddles don't form

trenches to the side, or if your really going to the effort get that drainage tubing and lay it underneath the area of the takeoffs/landings and drain it into a sink hole (hole full of rocks)

building your landings / transitions on a slight angle out to one side into a sink hole is the easiest way,
avoid little trenches, wood covering them etc, they will be more hassle than is worth it & can really interrupt your flow.
