i'm pleasantly surprised by the Draft Cycling Policy. while it is rather light on detail it does seem to show an understanding of the issues which was a surprise to me given WCCs past and present actions. I assume this is in large part thanks to CAW in which case thanks and congratulations to Andre and co.
The only thing i really take issue with is the designation of the old hutt road as "Existing Cycle Network" when it is so completely terrible that it just does not qualify. The same also applies to some extent to evans bay.
As usual though, its a matter of what will actually happen and when...
