i also have a pair of xt hollowtech cranks and some xaint hollowtech cranks, both 170mm

what would you run on each bike?

Do the Demos have a wide BB shell or regular? Just wondering if the XTs will even fit....

personally id go the other way because youd want an indestructable set on a jump bike cause you thr4ash the tihs out of them and they take much harder hit cause theres no rear shock.
and the xts are still strong and would make your probly heavy demo a bit lighter.
But thats just one mans opinion I'm Cool
