Its built and rideable! Finally 
Stuck with the 39T till I can be bothered forking out for a freecoaster to drop it to 10T on the back. That seat needs to go too. Over 3kg drop on the old setup though and the 8" bars make it manual mint

freecoaster  that seat really does need to go. maybe some of the KHE mac folding tires? thats what my next weight reduction mission is going to be.

buy a tuff neck free coaster my federal has broken like 3 or 4 times so far and ive onli had it 4 4 months

The chainring is large, but that pic does make it look extra mussiv. Must be the shiny blinginess 
It'll be a KHE ACB free that goes on, Im gonna order some of those tie-die Ti spokes for the front wheel and some white ones for the rear while im at it
