Last time I went to A&E, I had some food jamed in my osphogus. When I told them they didnt believe me. For some reason all of a sudden I couldnt get air in either. Aparently I vomited over the check in desk then collapesd. 
They believed me then

I had arrived in an ambulance, but seeing as they had two guys with broken necks arrive around the same time and I wasn't complaining too much I wasn't a high priority. When they finally took a look at the xrays (about 10 hours after I had arrived) they were a little apologetic that I had been waiting so long with only a couple of panadol.
Guess I'm just a tough guy haha

Fortunately not, 2x Tibia plateau fractures. One worse than the other caused by a dislocation of the right patella and strained tendons. Hyper-extension at its best!
Was a stupid crash too.
