Does it turn the turbines to face the wind?

At least, if it was built in a wind corridor surrounded by other buildings it could get away with not turning the turbines, but it appears to be very free standing here. Presumably they will have some agreement with the Electric Co to supply the network when the turbines are in full flight, and to suck power down from the network when it is still and calm.
