They are a trials rim I think.
Dead, I wonder if you could just scale it down by XX% or wiether you'd have to do it all from scratchs. Would make a good engeering project.

SC made a 4 wheeled offroad buggy that has 8inchs of travel for one of its works |
In my view being really short would be a disability for someone wanting to ride a bike with suspension travel. it would be nearly impossible to find him a standrad bike that would have the same performance as that one.

Im putting my money on fly bmx rims, yet there is lighter around from the bmx world. At a guess id imagine around 450g?
