That has novelty value, but I think maybe he's going in the wrong direction with the wheel thing. The surley pugsley (sp?) looks like a more fun alternative for big wheel fanatics.

Awesome! Quite an upright riding position, aye? Looks like a cool 'town bike' for promotional stuff. The non-drive dropout looks pretty snazzy too. Any more pics?

They are Coker unicycle rims and tyres. I have seen a similar bike in photos of a US 29er gathering, but fair play to Jeff for actually putting tig to metal and building such a beast.
I roll round town on Schwalbe 700x52 slicks at the moment. It really is the only way to travel.
