Matt Walker is off to the Worlds in Italy. He will be representing New Zealand in the Pro Elite 4x and Junior Downhill.
To help Matt raise funds to get himself to Europe, the Rotorua Mountain Bike Club Committee, last night decided that all profits from the upcoming Jump Track Downhill Race, would be donated to Matt's travel fund.
This should be another great event and like the other races we've held, well
worth the trip to Rotorua. We'll be burning some sausages after racing has finished and I'm sure you'll see Matt's large grin behind the grill twisting the tools.
When: Sunday April 27, 2008.
Where: Race HQ will be at the shuttle pickup point.
