Jono, I always wear my knee shin pad so I don't end up with big holes in my shins from flat pedals, and yeah, I take my armour on pretty much every ride. That way I can take a small tumble and laugh about it rather than having to make the best of it in the back of an ambulance. I've even got a switchblade as my only helmet. So? Tongue it

Me too - rather i used too. Ever since i started freeriding, i fall WAY less. I used to bail all the time on my XC bike (i think its because it was massive)
