The most amazing mountain bike event held in New Zealand’s MTB mecca the Whakarewarewa Forest in Rotorua. There are two event options, 12 hours or 24 hours for solo riders or teams consisting of four or five riders. Both events ride the same 8km (30minute) course which has been designed to cater for all abilities.

The Specialized 24 Hour event starts 10pm Friday 9 May and the Avanti 12 Hour event starts at 10am Saturday 10 May. Both events finish at 10pm Saturday.

With all teams setting up camp for duration of the event, and prizes for the most colourful/ creative campsite, along with spectacular mountain bike action the atmosphere and experience for both competitors and spectators alike is not to be missed.

This event is open to anyone with a mountain bike, so get a team together and be part of this thrilling event.
