Its been raining for more than 24 hours now and 4X and DH practice had just finished.
The new top section of the track is looking really fast, Cedric Gracia pretty much owned it. The Kiwi riders are all looking super confident on the track which is standing up really well to the miserable wet conditions.
Nathan Rankin and Glenn Haden have been doing runs together and both riders have commenting on how hard it is to keep up with each other.
Bad news for our 4X medal chances, Reon Boe has cracked his frame and unless he can borrow another bike, or frame will be forced into watching.
Seeding runs will be tomorrow for DH.

I don't know how far down the track Hill is in that photo, but I can't get over how clean he and his bike are, and how good the terrain in the background is. It's hardly cut up at all compared to how bad some of the tracks here would like after a few riders down with that much rain!
