Hey all,
Wondering if thered be any interest out there for vorbii, or mountainbikers in general- for a lunch during common break up on campus wednesdays 12-1pm? Could be a good way to meet like-minded crazy people & maybe organise rides for the weekend.
I know theres a couple around, but always good to meet more, or go riding with new folks. Thought this might be a good way to get the ball rolling.

well sure  not like we're gonna check IDs at the door!
I was thinking of having it at the cafe on Concourse, lots of seats etc food blah blah
An I gues if the Welly crowd can have a similar thread for organising their rides and lunchs, we can too.

I think we should meet someplace more specific first time round though, on account of how I don't know nobody.
Or someone should wear a Vorb shirt (but not me, I don't got none).

Okay, well we'll say midday in the MUSA "Dining Lounge" then- the place full of couches and low coffe tables. I dont know anyone who actually has a vorb tshirt ( sorry Tama  ), But Ill try and remember to wear my red Fox top & Santa Cruz Beanie. Im a fairly tall guys so that might help a bit.

I have a Vorb riding top, but it's tatty-as and not the sort of thing I'd wear to school.
Oh, and that was some classy drunken PMing on the weekend Flyboy

Go to Massey. Find a map (there's one just inside the main enterance). Look for the library on the map. The student centre thing is directly across a big open area (called a concourse, apparently) from the library.

yeah tis got a big sign above the door. plus therell be heaps of students around as well. inside its all arty & funny colours. only place there thats like that so pretty distinctive
