Hey everyone,
So its been a while since I sent an update so I thought I should let everyone know what's been happening.
First up I just got back from the world cup race at Mt Saint Anne, Canada. The course was awesome as usual, long and rough which was very testing, I destroyed two wheels over the weekend and I wasn't the only one.
Practice went well and by qualifying I was riding really well and on pace for a good result but unfortunately I got a front flat tire just after the half way mark so I didn't make the top 80 to qualify which sucked as I was really looking forward to racing.
The weekend before was the 3rd round of the NORBA series here in the US at Deer Valley in Utah, the course was super rocky and was claiming a lot of riders including Kiwi Cameron Cole who is out with a broken wrist now. Once again I was riding good all through practice and I had a good qualifying run putting me in 10th place. I was happy with that and knew I could of made up some time then in my race run I crashed and snapped the forks on my bike so that ruined my race and I ended up last. I was disappointed because I was also sitting 6th overall in the series coming into that race so im now going to miss going to whistler for crank worx and race on the east coast to try and gain some points back for the overall.
I also had a California state race and local north California race since the last update, the California state race was once again going well until I got a flat tire and i placed 5th at the north California race.
I'm about to spend some time working on my bike to try and eliminate some of the these problems that I've been having so hopefully the next update you get will be about me being on the podium.
Once again thanks to everyone that's helped out this year.
Kieran

I want some of those retro boxxer lowers... BAD.
Also notable: the disturbing trend towards white race kit. Sam hill is highly irresponsible. His latest kit will have the grommies screaming to the LBS for the LAtest TLD kit.
Won't someone think of the mommies and the shortage of world nappie-san stocks?
It disgusts me.
