Yes I was. I paid early to avoid intrest.
I also didnt march saying I could not pay the loan back after using the money to buy beer and run away overseas to escape the debt.

Hate to burst your bubble but the other countries in the world are all as bad...
And most of what your conmplaining about is either the Market (all praise it's invisible hand) at work or social trends which exist but are hyped out of all proportion by our ever loving media...

Oh I know the majority of its the market (aside from the justice system ), but I dont get why the government wants to confound it by putting more taxes on things. The rich are always gonna be fine, just have to cut back some luxuries. The people who it'll hurt are the poorer ones.
The government does a great job of helping out those in need, but making less people be in need might be a better way to go about it
