So who's right, ACC or land transport? I can't believe that Canterbury riders are that much worst than Hutt riders, despite how much I would like to...

Just a glance at those shows that 44% of accidents in the Hutt though must be caused by UDO's (Unidentified Driving Objects) ...

My guess would be that LTNZ have the wrong figures. About 50-50 seems right to me.

8% caused by cyclist error seems too small.
