my forks froze solid this morning any tips to prevent this?

Don't use red rum inside your forks as semi bath fluid, use a lighter grade i.e. 20 weight fork oil
|

Get better folks*.....
*works if you've got cheap elastomer folkers as they go solid in cold weather.
