wicked... Carbon is the future.
My crystal ball says it won't be long and most bike companies will have carbon DH models... even if it is only for their team riders.
Warning my crystal ball could be faulty and I could be talking out my esra.

Ive gotta wonder how well carbon fraames will hold up though. With shuttles etc.

Carbon doesnt like being scratched and wile you and fix that mostly by scuff tapeing, its very difficult to prevent scratches on things like dropouts....

I've shuttled my Scott Ransom, I know on the scott that they have put extra layers of carbon in the areas likely to get the most abuse I.e. the bottom of the down tube. They have kept the alloy chain stays as they would get beaten.
