I know last year I was doing 1.15 "LAPS"
but that was with ginga haired chicken legs. I wish my legs were as big and muscular as joels. His legs are why I sleep so little and my hand lotion bills are so high

interesting to see if much time can be chopped off that when you know it's against the clock, as i normally ride it just concentrating on keeping in my tempo power range. for the power geeks, i averaged 350w for duration.
good goal will be to post a time under 50min
and NO TT bars or AERO WHEELS! |
why not go a little further, and say no riding on the drops. That would suit me nicely

now thats just being silly, drops are an integral part of the bike will have to ride it most of the way in the drops and see what difference it makes... as my ride above was not done with a time in mind and i was just in a relaxed top of the bars mode.

got to love the internet, talk is cheap. specially when posting from another country.
i think once we get to around october through feb, and guys are in form, 45min is the goal (thats 40km/hr average speed).
but i will just be happy to be knocking 50min by end of august.
