Okay, so 18 months ago I was 128kg, I then dropped it to 118 in the space of four months, I had a break from a regimented eating plan for another couple of months then managed to drop it down to 110 around the middle of last year, I'm now on the final stage of things that'll get me down to 100kg (at the moment I'm 107 after the past two weeks).
Diiferent horses for courses, but there's some very easy steps I followed that worked.
1.) Eat the least amount of processed foods as possible.
2.) Don't eat after 7pm, and make sure you load up in the mornings until you're pretty much chocka.
3.) Excercise, doesn't have to be every day but at least every two or three to keep things ticking along.
When I wanted to really start making some headway I'd have a protein shake and a whole bunch of fruit for lunch... but that's not for everyone.
If I was REALLY keen to make some headway I'd go spartan and anything that needed to be added to food, wasn't.
I'm pretty confident I'll be a solid hundy come summer.
